Real Estate Sales Specialist – Fresh Graduates

About the role

The Address Investments is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its Cairo office as Real Estate Sales Specialists. You will help clients discover properties that match their needs while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate deals and support the closing process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, new listings, and competitor activity.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales or brokerage concepts.
• Genuine interest in the real‑estate sector and willingness to learn.
• Open to structured training and continuous development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
