Real Estate Sales Specialist – Lead Generation & Client Relations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join AlAndalos for real estate in Glim, Alexandria. The role focuses on generating leads, showcasing properties, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, build a referral network, and assess buyer/seller needs and financial capacity.
• Showcase properties, host open houses, and promote listings via advertisements and MLS platforms.
• Conduct market analysis by comparing comparable recent sales to determine competitive pricing and advise clients on investment opportunities.
• Present purchase offers, mediate negotiations, prepare contracts, and facilitate transactions through closing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, property values, mortgage options, and legal requirements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate sales, brokerage, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in an on‑site environment.
