Real Estate Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a leading property management and lettings agency in Manchester. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle and ensuring a smooth, compliant rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests from tenants and landlords, coordinating with contractors.
• Ensure all properties remain fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handle tenancy renewals and rent reviews from start to finish.
• Coordinate end‑of‑tenancy inspections, check‑outs and related administration.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate tenancy, compliance and property records using property management software.
• Produce efficient administration and reporting using 1090 Property Management Software, Goodlord, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience managing residential tenancy processes.
• Excellent communication skills with landlords, tenants and service providers.
