About the role

Join the front‑office team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury all‑inclusive resort on the Red Sea. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences and handling any issues that arise during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform guest check‑in and check‑out procedures following Front Office Manager guidelines.
• Handle foreign currency exchange and manage the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
• Monitor VIP, complimentary and house‑use rooms, and coordinate with housekeeping for extensions or special requests.
• Address guest complaints, room changes, and service breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain accurate occupancy and reservation records, forwarding unguaranteed reservations to the Reservations team.
• Record wake‑up calls, forward guest requests to Guest Relations, and keep the log book up to date.
• Participate in front‑office meetings, trainings, and emergency response procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑office or reception duties.
• Strong knowledge of night‑audit procedures and cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
