About the role
We are looking for a Receptionist Sales to join MedValley’s Cairo office. The role combines front‑desk responsibilities with basic sales support, ensuring a professional first impression for visitors and helping promote our healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area and maintain a tidy environment.
- Answer incoming calls, route inquiries and provide courteous phone etiquette.
- Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments for staff and clients.
- Provide information about MedValley’s services, capture potential leads and liaise with the sales and customer‑service teams.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, handling correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance, confidentiality and inclusive interaction style.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration, hospitality or sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in a reception, front‑office or customer‑facing role, preferably in healthcare or a service‑oriented environment.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Data entry and basic document handling.
