About the role

QStaffers is seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to support hiring initiatives across multiple business areas. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates eager to develop their recruitment skills in a fast‑paced environment while delivering a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified candidates using internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate assessments for high‑volume, non‑technical roles.
• Administer basic skills tests when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet recruitment timelines.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (internship or entry‑level acceptable).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using video‑conferencing tools such as Zoom.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools like Trello.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Teamtailor.
