Recruitment Manager

About the role

Groovy Aesthetic clinics are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Recruitment Manager to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our medical, wellness, and administrative teams in Heliopolis. You will partner with clinic leadership and HR to ensure a smooth, compliant, and candidate‑centric recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce plans, craft job descriptions, and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Source candidates through digital channels, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and advise hiring managers on selection.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives and maintain a positive candidate journey.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or service‑oriented settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, basic labor law principles, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using online job platforms, professional networks, and social media for talent acquisition.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and feedback delivery abilities.
