About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for blue‑collar positions at our textile manufacturing facility. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process and supporting our operational teams with the right talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pool.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to meet manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and databases.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- HR certification, course, or diploma.
- Proven track record hiring blue‑collar workers.
