About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will lead the sourcing and screening of qualified candidates, primarily for blue‑collar positions, to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This role works closely with hiring managers and the organizational development team to ensure job descriptions are accurate and talent pipelines are robust.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles, focusing on blue‑collar positions.
- Identify and leverage new sourcing channels while optimizing existing ones.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Assist the OD specialist in designing and updating job descriptions.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy and passion for recruitment.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
