Recruitment Specialist

About the role

BioMED Group Factories is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to strengthen its HR team in the 10th of Ramadan area. The role focuses on attracting and hiring qualified professionals for medical, pharmaceutical and technical positions within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and industry contacts.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications and match candidates to specific medical and technical roles.
• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related medical field (HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to source, interview and hire for medical or technical positions.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with candidate sourcing and interview techniques.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes for medical/technical roles.
