Regional Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Regional Account Manager to accelerate revenue growth by identifying and securing new B2B opportunities, preferably within the automotive sector. The role involves owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across an assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute regional account plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct regular client visits, business reviews and performance meetings.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and account plans.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events within the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in account management, B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
