Regional Graphic Designer

About the role

The Regional Graphic Designer will lead the creation and adaptation of visual marketing assets for Egypt and international markets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role ensures brand consistency across digital, print, packaging, e‑commerce and trade‑marketing channels while reducing reliance on external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and adapt artwork for all regional brands, covering digital, print, packaging and trade materials.
• Design social‑media content, digital campaign assets, banners, GIFs and promotional creatives that meet platform specifications.
• Create and update packaging artwork, prepare print‑ready files and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Develop POSM artwork for trade activations, including displays, wobblers, shelf strips and other promotional materials.
• Maintain the regional digital asset library, ensuring version control and easy access for all markets.
• Generate product imagery and digital assets for e‑commerce platforms, adapting them to retailer requirements.
• Coordinate with external creative agencies and print vendors, preparing briefs and reviewing deliverables for brand compliance.
• Conduct quality checks, enforce brand guidelines and recommend process improvements.
• Future responsibility: support the establishment and leadership of a regional design team.

• Will report to the Marketing Manager – RR.
• Based in Cairo, Egypt.
