Regional Procurement Manager – Luxury Hotel Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities across our portfolio of luxury hotels in Alexandria. The role focuses on delivering cost‑effective solutions while maintaining the high‑quality standards expected by our distinguished guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement operations for multiple 5‑star hotel properties.
• Develop and implement group‑level sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Control purchasing budgets and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Supervise inventory, stores, and supply‑chain processes.
• Collaborate closely with F&B, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of procurement experience within 5‑star hotels or hotel groups.
• Proven track record in cost control, supplier management, and multi‑property operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
