About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales growth and expand distributor coverage across Cairo. You will manage direct sales distribution, nurture distributor partnerships, and ensure alignment on channel programmes, trade offers, stock levels and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new distribution points and key accounts within the territory.
  • Design and execute regional coverage plans that support national sales targets.
  • Communicate channel programmes and trade offers clearly to distributors and customers.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing to drive high‑quality promotion execution.
  • Maintain in‑store visibility and brand standards across all distribution points.
  • Work with regional distributors on monthly orders, stock planning and sell‑out analysis.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and customer intelligence.
  • Prepare and submit performance, coverage and market reports to the National Sales Manager.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 + years of sales or distribution management experience in FMCG, lubricants or a related industry.
  • At least 2 + years in a regional or managerial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, results‑driven mindset and ability to build relationships.
