Regional Sales Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our home appliances and consumer electronics sales across multiple regions in Egypt. The role involves developing strategies, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with key customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in assigned regions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and reports to senior management.
• Coach, guide and support the sales team, conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers and distributors.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and develop retention strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration in the market.
• Oversee sales operations including order processing, inventory management and delivery coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and monitor performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 12‑15 years of sales experience, including 5 years in home appliances/consumer electronics and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and travel extensively across regions.
• Valid driver’s license.
