Regional Sales Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of our disposable endoscopy portfolio in Cairo. The role focuses on building hospital relationships, driving product listings, and increasing procedure volumes across key medical specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of the endoscopy portfolio, achieving territory targets.
• Design and execute hospital‑access plans to secure product listings and boost procedure volumes.
• Manage and expand relationships with key opinion leaders, key accounts, and distributors.
• Lead tenders and in‑hospital negotiations, mastering the end‑user procurement process.
• Collect market, competitor and clinical intelligence to inform regional strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medical, biomedical engineering or science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in endoscopy or medical‑device sales; experience in urology, critical‑care, respiratory or GI is a plus.
• Proven track record with leading brands (e.g., Medtronic, Olympus, Fujifilm) and ability to open new hospital accounts.
• Existing network of hospitals, KOLs and distributors in Cairo.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
