Regional Sales Manager, Upper Egypt

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager for Upper Egypt will lead traditional trade sales and operations, covering wholesale, sub‑distributors, retail and key retail partners. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring market price stability and executing go‑to‑market strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all GTM‑related KPIs in the assigned region.
• Develop resources and strengthen capability to outperform competitors.
• Set and monitor monthly targets by distributor and channel, cascading them to salesmen.
• Achieve operational KPIs such as stock levels, aging, receivables, asset utilization, efficiency, service levels and DB/Sub‑DB claim cycles.
• Control market prices to maintain high stability and avoid under‑cutting.
• Execute below‑the‑line activities communicated by the Sales department.
• Monitor competitor activities and strategies.
• Analyze sales trends of company brands versus competitors.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze sales results and prepare periodic management reports.
• Inform management of business opportunities and potential in the region.
• Follow up on data loaded on HH systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• Strong achievement and ownership mindset with leadership agility.
• Knowledge of the Upper Egypt region and its key customers (preferable).
• Robust follow‑up and tracking capability on KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation and influence skills for complex contractual business.
• Ability to manage DBs, key customers and sales teams across the region.
