Regional Sales Manager – Wood Manufacturing

About the role

We are a leading B2B manufacturer of customized furniture, woodwork, and turnkey solutions seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a regional team, and expand our presence across a defined geographic area. The focus is on office furniture and workspace solutions for corporate, government, educational, healthcare, and construction clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by executing a regional sales strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities, key market segments and increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with major corporate clients, procurement and facility managers, and CEOs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close high‑value contracts and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach and motivate area sales managers and executives, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Generate leads through architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers and developers; participate in tenders.
• Coordinate project delivery with design, engineering, production, logistics and installation teams.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and provide product feedback.
• Prepare regional forecasts, budgets, manage pricing approvals and ensure timely payment collection.

Required profile

• 7‑12+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in office furniture, wood manufacturing, fit‑out, interiors or building materials.
• Proven experience managing a regional sales team.
• Strong network with corporate clients, consultants, architects and contractors.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with sales forecasting.
