Relations Manager – Business Development

About the role

The Relations Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, driving new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, recommending products and services that meet client needs while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers and key client staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase profits.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored plans to address them.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Promote high‑quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
• Maintain and renew client contracts, aiming for an 80% renewal rate.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in client relationship or business development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Leadership, management, and business‑acumen skills.
