Relationship Manager & Teller – Fresh Graduates (New Administrative Capital)

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join QNB Egypt as Relationship Managers and Tellers at our New Administrative Capital branch. The role combines front‑line customer service with portfolio management, offering a solid foundation in banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in‑person or by phone, handling inquiries on a wide range of bank products.
• Cross‑sell banking services and develop relationships to grow account activity.
• Process customer orders, verify signatures, manage balances, place holds, and ensure endorsement validity.
• Handle card and loan applications, open, renew, and close depository accounts.
• Issue check books, maintain related registers, and keep accurate records.
• Prepare and analyse loan applications, providing technical advice and maintaining complete loan files.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate (Banky) clients, set action plans, and monitor credit facility performance.
• Track client limits, overdue payments, and delinquent accounts to control portfolio risk.
• Address client complaints and promote additional bank products to meet portfolio targets.
• Utilise the Delta Portal to capture opportunities, schedule appointments, and manage tasks.
• Ensure compliance with supervision, anti‑money‑laundering, operational risk, and workplace guidelines.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in banking and finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple customer requests accurately.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a branch environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Delta Portal (bank’s internal system).
