Religious Tourism Specialist (Hajj & Umrah)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Religious Tourism Specialist to design, coordinate and manage Hajj and Umrah travel programs. The role involves delivering high‑quality pilgrimage experiences while supporting the growth of our religious tourism business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and manage Hajj, Umrah and other faith‑based travel programs tailored to client needs.
• Oversee planning and execution of travel packages, ensuring smooth operations and high service quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Provide expert guidance on visas, accommodations, transportation and religious arrangements.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, manage bookings and confirmations.
• Develop and retain a loyal customer base while attracting new clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in religious tourism, specifically Hajj and Umrah programs.
• Strong understanding of operational and organizational aspects of religious travel.
• Established network and ability to attract and retain clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
