Remote Appointment Setter – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a driven Appointment Setter to start conversations, build interest, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. This full‑time remote position involves outbound calls, follow‑ups and lead outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential prospects and initiate conversations.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget and fit.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Build trust quickly through clear, professional communication.
• Track calls, conversations, follow‑ups and booked meetings in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to improve booking and show‑up rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear, confident, professional communication.
• Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, SDR, BDR or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making calls and handling objections.
• Strong ability to qualify leads and guide conversations.
• Organized with follow‑ups and CRM tracking.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and able to work remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
