Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

BPOHIVE is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join its remote team. You will work US hours (4 pm‑1 am) from Egypt, focusing on generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Strong English communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone and email to introduce services and qualify interest.
• Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, ensuring accurate calendar management.
• Follow up on leads, maintain detailed records in the CRM, and update appointment statuses.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level English (C1/C2) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or teleprospecting.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely while adhering to US‑hour schedules.
