Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer to join our growing sales team. In this role you will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads who have expressed interest in aesthetic or dental treatments and guide them through the booking process for consultations with our partner clinics in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from warm leads and manage conversations across multiple clinic accounts.
• Book qualified appointments and secure deposits over the phone.
• Follow up professionally with leads that require additional time.
• Maintain accurate records using provided scripts, clinic notes, and performance systems.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing.
• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong phone presence, confidence in handling objections and high call volume.
• Reliable full‑time availability during UK working hours (11 AM‑7 PM GMT).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Ability to follow scripts and use CRM or similar performance tracking tools.
