Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
