Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote support team. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, empathetic, and able to handle pressure.
• Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar ticketing/CRM tools.
• Basic familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.
