About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve issues and ensuring they feel valued.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related problems.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the support system.
Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
Fluent written and spoken French and English.
Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
Experience with bilingual support is a plus.
