Remote LLM Trainer – Multi‑turn Conversation Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to create high‑quality multi‑turn conversations that showcase how a smart assistant uses function‑calling tools to achieve user goals. The work supports foundational LLM companies by providing data for fine‑tuning and benchmarking their models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic multi‑turn dialogues between a user and an AI assistant that can invoke tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both user and assistant roles, inserting tool calls only when necessary and correcting them according to the internal playbook.
• Ensure conversations follow defined formatting, quality standards, and demonstrate logical tool usage.
• Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong technical reasoning and ability to model real‑world assistant behavior.
• Capability to break down complex tasks into clear, step‑by‑step dialogues.
• Excellent written English with focus on clarity and tone.

Required skills

• Experience with APIs and function‑calling interfaces.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON.
