Remote LLM Trainer – Simulate AI Assistant Conversations

About the role

We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to create high‑quality multi‑turn conversations that simulate interactions between users and AI assistants equipped with function‑calling tools. Your work will directly support foundational LLM companies by providing proprietary data for model fine‑tuning and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi‑turn dialogues that involve tool usage such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, inserting tool calls only when necessary and correcting them as required.
• Follow the internal playbook to ensure proper formatting, tone, and logical flow.
• Generate examples that showcase successful task completion, graceful handling of infeasible requests, and engaging casual conversation.
• Iterate on drafts based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high quality across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong technical reasoning and the ability to model real‑world assistant behavior using tool‑based APIs.
• Capability to break down complex tasks into clear, step‑by‑step dialogues.
• Experience with any programming language and a solid understanding of APIs and data formats.
• Excellent written English with attention to clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
