Remote Real Estate Research & Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Research & Data Entry Specialist to support our growing database of property projects. The role involves gathering accurate information on developments, developers, pricing and related assets, and ensuring the data remains current and well‑organized.

Key responsibilities

• Research and collect real‑estate project details from online sources.
• Update project information such as location, developer, unit types, pricing, payment plans and amenities.
• Upload and organise images, brochures, floor plans and other documents.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s database and CRM system.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of all collected data before submission.
• Refresh project data regularly to reflect market changes.
• Organise digital files and ensure proper documentation of assets.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data entry, online research or real‑estate administration.
• Strong internet research and data‑collection abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and online databases.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
