Remote Sales Representative (English speaking)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive inbound and outbound sales activities while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable air‑duct, HVAC, or insulation solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
