Remote Sales Representative – US Hours, USD Pay

About the role

BeyondMenu is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to work remotely from Cairo while supporting American restaurant owners. The position follows US Eastern business hours and offers a guaranteed base salary in USD from day one, with uncapped commissions based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑300 outbound cold calls daily to US restaurant owners.
• Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Handle objections, control conversations, and secure decision‑maker attention.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Meet daily targets for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set.
• Continuously improve through call coaching, QA, and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong competitive drive.
• Ability to work US Eastern hours (typically 3 PM‑12 AM Cairo time).
• Self‑discipline to show up daily and handle high rejection rates.
• Student, recent graduate, or candidate with SDR/BDR experience.
