Remote Telesales Representative (Appointment Setter)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, target‑oriented individuals to join our remote sales team as Appointment Setters. In this position you will engage prospects over the phone, qualify leads and schedule qualified appointments for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers using provided scripts and lead lists.
• Qualify prospects and secure appointment slots for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets related to call volume and appointments set.
• Provide regular performance reports to the team leader.

Required profile

• Graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English proficiency (B2‑C1 level).
• At least 3 months experience in appointment setting or sales.
• Own a personal computer or laptop with a stable high‑speed LAN internet connection.
• USB headset with noise‑cancellation capability.

• Full‑time remote position with two days off per week.
• Competitive salary package of 15,000 EGP per month (12,000 EGP basic + 3,000 EGP KPI‑based).
• Performance bonuses up to 4,000 EGP based on results.
