Rental Sales Agent

About the role

As a Rental Sales Agent you will deliver outstanding customer service by matching client needs with Sixt’s vehicle inventory. You will drive sales, prepare rental agreements, and ensure smooth vehicle turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental vehicles and optional extras.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Prepare accurate rental agreements and manage vehicle status changes in the system.
• Handle all financial transactions related to rentals with precision.
• Communicate reservations, confirmations, and drop‑offs via phone and email.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics, ensuring required documents are passed to CSA and fleet checkers.
• Assist the branch with vehicle returns and turnaround as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales record.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
