Resale Agent – New Cairo (car required)

About the role

The Resale Agent will work full‑time on‑site in New Cairo, focusing on property resale transactions. You will prospect and follow up with potential buyers and sellers, conduct property viewings, and provide accurate market information to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and follow up with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings and present property features.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date market prices and transaction procedures.
• Manage listings, prepare and update property profiles.
• Coordinate with the brokerage team to ensure smooth deals and timely closings.
• Maintain strong client relationships, negotiate offers, and handle necessary documentation.
• Travel to properties and client meetings using a personal car.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate brokerage, specifically resale properties in New Cairo or similar markets.
• Strong client‑facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Ability to manage listings, conduct viewings, and handle documentation with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of local real‑estate trends, pricing, and legal processes.
• Valid driving license and reliable car for daily fieldwork.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time with flexibility for evenings or weekends.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage.
• Ethical and professional approach committed to a safe and trustworthy client experience.
