Resale Agent – Real Estate (New Cairo) with Company Car

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a Resale Agent to manage the resale of residential and commercial properties in New Cairo. The role involves acquiring clients, listing properties, and closing deals while providing professional guidance throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients on‑site and conduct property visits.
• Prepare and update property listings.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Use a company car or personal vehicle for client meetings and property tours.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Proficiency in basic sales techniques, lead follow‑up, and deal closing.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple client requests.
• Comfortable using smartphones, messaging apps, and basic office software.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of New Cairo neighborhoods and developments is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to properties and client meetings.
• High school diploma or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
