Resale Agent – Recent Graduate or Experienced (New Cairo)

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is for a Recent Graduate or Experienced Resale Agent based in New Cairo. You will support clients through buying and selling processes, manage property listings and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, conduct property viewings and follow up on leads.
• Provide guidance on market prices and available options in New Cairo.
• Maintain up-to-date records of available units and prepare basic documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
• Build strong client relationships and work towards achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Clear communication and professional customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of real-estate concepts, property valuation and the New Cairo market (training provided for graduates).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using phones, email and basic computer applications.
• Motivated, goal-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain a professional appearance.
• Relevant academic background in business, marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is advantageous.
