Resale Manager – Residential & Investment Properties

About the role

The Resale Manager will lead JUSQ Estate’s resale portfolio of residential and investment properties in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees the complete resale cycle, from client acquisition to deal closure, while upholding the company’s values of trust and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end resale processes, including property evaluation, pricing, negotiation and closing.
• Acquire new clients, maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and partners, and ensure transparent communication.
• Monitor market trends, prepare business plans, sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transaction flow and meet revenue targets.
• Mentor and support sales staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate market data, pricing trends and property performance.
• Proven business planning skills for developing sales strategies and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience in real‑estate resale or brokerage, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic financial analysis capabilities.
