Reservation Manager Assistant

About the role

The Reservation Manager Assistant supports the reservation department of an Accor hotel, ensuring smooth handling of guest bookings, inquiries and internal coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for guests and travel partners, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, rates, packages and promotional offers.
• Handle incoming reservation calls and emails, ensuring accurate entry into the reservation system.
• Monitor reservation lines during scheduled hours and guarantee sufficient staffing to meet demand.
• Prepare weekly work schedules, document attendance, and manage staff breaks.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
• Update information boards and communicate daily business demands to the team.
• Ensure reservation agents have proper access to all system functions and are informed about hotel services.

Required profile
