Resort Representative – Hurghada

About the role

Jet2holidays is launching in Egypt in February 2027 and is seeking enthusiastic Resort Representatives to join the team in Hurghada. You will be the face of the brand, delivering memorable holiday experiences and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests via hotel visits and virtual communication using tablet‑based systems.
• Provide tailored recommendations on local attractions and excursions.
• Assist customers during disruptions, emergencies or escalations, offering calm and confident support.
• Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits, responding to queries through video calls and messaging.
• Support airport operations on busy flight days, helping with arrivals and departures.

Required profile

• Valid right‑to‑work documents for Egypt (Egyptian ID or passport).
• Own motorised vehicle with insurance; travel expenses reimbursed.
• Reside in Egypt with personal accommodation.
• Flexible availability for early starts, late finishes, split shifts and weekends.
• Solution‑oriented, friendly, positive attitude.

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device.
