Resource Management Operations Senior Associate

About the role

The Resource Management Operations team delivers end‑to‑end analytics solutions for internal data domains, with a focus on resource‑management and people data. As a Senior Associate you will concentrate on back‑end data engineering and data‑model design, building and operating production pipelines in Databricks.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder management, communication and organization for resource‑management operations.
• Design and evolve data models and pipeline architectures that support analytics and reporting use cases.
• Build and maintain production‑grade data pipelines in Databricks using PySpark and Spark SQL.
• Investigate data defects or pipeline failures, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Translate problem statements and reporting needs into well‑structured data solutions with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
• Champion consistent, well‑designed data models to enable reliable downstream analytics.
• Contribute to shared engineering standards through code reviews, reusable utilities and design patterns.
• Produce clear code‑level documentation and maintain technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Manage code in Git‑based version‑controlled environments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience as indicated in the posting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical mindset and effective communication with stakeholders.
