Restaurant Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, bar and room‑service areas in Cairo. The role combines hands‑on supervision, menu planning and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations, ensuring service and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen staff during peak periods.
• Manage staffing levels, schedule employees and step in to perform duties when needed.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with local food‑handling, sanitation and liquor laws.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver staff training programs.
• Lead, coach and mentor the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, safety and liquor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
