About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead daily activities at our restaurant in Al Jizah, Egypt. You will ensure smooth workflow across the kitchen, service, and supply chain while upholding our high standards of customer service and food quality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant departments, including kitchen, front‑of‑house, and inventory management.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food‑hygiene regulations.
- Track inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste.
- Analyze financial metrics, such as sales, labor costs, and profitability, to drive performance improvements.
- Lead, coach, and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a collaborative work culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in restaurant operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid understanding of financial management, inventory control, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
