Retail Jewelry Sales Associate – Multiple Mall Locations

About the role

Artsy Silver is seeking enthusiastic Retail Jewelry Sales Associates to work across its flagship locations in District 5 Mall, City Stars Mall and The Yard Mall. You will be the brand’s front‑line ambassador, delivering a luxury shopping experience and helping customers find the perfect jewellery pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of collections, materials and styling.
• Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Support stock organization, replenishment and inventory on the sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges and after‑sale support.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fashion, jewellery, luxury retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Sales‑driven mindset with excellent customer handling abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Good to very good level of English.
