Retail Pharmacist

About the role

Care Pharmacies is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to join its community pharmacy network in Egypt. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care, building trust with patients, and supporting the overall health of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications in compliance with Egyptian regulations.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Monitor drug interactions to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure correct storage conditions for all medicines.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Support clinical services such as blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring.
• Contribute ideas to improve pharmacy services and enhance patient experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Pharmacy Practice License in Egypt.
• Completed or exempted military service for male candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience is a plus.
