Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Retail Sales Associate will be the front‑line representative of Heggy Group, delivering an excellent shopping experience and driving sales in our showroom. You will engage customers, answer product queries and help them make informed purchasing decisions while meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver product presentations and respond to client questions on price, availability and features.
• Coordinate sales activities with marketing initiatives and maintain an up‑to‑date customer database.
• Welcome customers, assist with sizing and fashion choices, and ensure a clean, well‑organized department.
• Process cash and credit transactions using the POS system and handle all customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Proven ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of store operating procedures and sales principles.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
