Retail Sales Associate – New Cairo

About the role

British House is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join its New Cairo store. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in product selection, providing tailored recommendations aligned with the brand’s style.
• Maintain inventory organization, conduct stock checks and support replenishment processes.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects British House’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales and service targets.
• Stay informed about current collections, brand guidelines and in‑store promotions, and communicate them effectively to shoppers.
• Contribute to a welcoming store environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales aptitude with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills for handling daily tasks and inventory routines.
• Attention to detail and an eye for style to support visual merchandising.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic digital literacy for using point‑of‑sale systems and internal communication tools.
• Previous fashion retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo full‑time, including weekends or peak periods.
• Genuine interest in men’s fashion and eagerness to learn British House collections.
