Retail Sales Associate – Store Front

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, answering queries and driving sales through excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing programmes.
- Answer client questions about products, pricing and availability.
- Represent and promote the brand in the showroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised department and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Assist customers with sizing and fashion choices to ensure a positive experience.
- Build and strengthen relationships with a diverse customer base.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Experience operating POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
