Retail Sales Manager

About the role

Soudal, Europe’s leading producer of mastics, adhesives and PU foams, is looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead and expand its retail sales operations across Egypt. You will shape retail strategies, manage distributor and retailer networks, and drive growth in the construction chemicals market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet company targets and increase market share.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network across regions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to adapt sales tactics.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the retail sales team.
• Ensure proper product positioning and visibility in retail outlets.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Maintain alignment with company standards and global brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of retail sales experience, preferably in construction materials, adhesives or sealants.
• Proven track record in managing retail networks and distributors.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluent English (very good command).
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel across Egypt.
