Retail Salesperson – Showroom (Cairo)

About the role

MSI, a leading provider of premium furniture and home solutions, is seeking a Retail Salesperson for its Cairo showrooms. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable furniture and home products from MSI’s extensive range.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, assess their requirements and suggest appropriate furniture and home solutions.
• Present product features, benefits and pricing, answer customer questions and prepare accurate quotes.
• Process sales transactions using point‑of‑sale systems and ensure correct documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and keep product displays up‑to‑date.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide consistent after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the in‑store experience.
• Work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales ability with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Solid product knowledge of furniture materials, features and benefits.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Previous experience in retail or furniture sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, including weekends or holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, sales or design is a plus.
